EYELINER AND MASCARA SPECIALIST
We specialise in liquid and emulsified formulas, including the design, manufacture and packaging of mascaras and eyeliners.
Thépenier Pharma & Cosmetics offers you eyeliner formulas that are richly pigmented and easy to apply. As for our mascaras, they combine technology and naturalness. They lengthen and curl lashes all day long. What’s more, most of our mascaras are water-resistant and easy to remove.
